An rich alcoholic coffee based beverage from Spain, widely consumed throughout the Region of Murcia, Almería and Granada.
Ingredients
expresso coffee
condensed milk
cognac
licor 43
cinnamon
slice of lemon
Directions
Place the condensed milk in the coffee glass until it generously covers the bottom.
Then add a splash of cognac and the licor 43 as preferred.
Finally, add the coffee until it reaches the top of the glass, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and decorate with a slice of lemon.
