TEATRO ROMEA – MURCIA

With more than 150 years of history, the Teatro Romea is one of the most important cultural venues in the city of Murcia. Located in the heart of the old town, this magnificent building was constructed in the mid 19th century at a time when a theatrical revolution was taking place in the main cities across Spain. TEATRO CIRCO – MURCIA

The Teatro Circo Murcia is situated in the cultural centre of Murcia, and has a fascinating history that dates back to 1892. Originally, the theatre was used as a circus venue, which can be distinguished by its large domed roof and theatrical design. It then became the location for famous horse shows and later, in 1908 a cinema house. At the beginning of 1984 it was closed permanently, until the Murcia City Council took it on as a restoration project which concluded in 2011. AUDITORIO VICTOR VILLEGAS – MURCIA

The Auditorium and Congress Centre Victor Villegas can be found a short distance from the centre of Murcia and consists of two buildings. The main building contains the auditorium and the annex has been designed for congresses. Inaugurated in 1995, the auditorium has become the main musical infrastructure in the Region of Murcia. Auditorio Victor Villegas has two large concert halls with great acoustics, perfect for hosting their regular orchestra performances, concerts, musicals and ballets. AUDITORIO EL BATEL – CARTAGENA

Auditorio El Batel is an auditorium, exhibition and conference centre located on the port of Cartagena with spectacular marina views. This beautiful building of modern architectural design, has transformed the old port of Cartagena into a new space for its residents and visitors. Auditorio El Batel opens its stage to a variety of events and performances such as concerts, stand-up comedy and dance productions. TEATRO GUERRA – LORCA

The Teatro Guerra in Lorca first opened its doors in 1861 and is the perfect example of 19th century architecture of this region. This elegant building has a central courtyard, stalls, amphitheatre, and painted ceilings, reflecting the beauty and magic of the Venice Carnival. Performances at the Teatro Guerra include musicals, opera, orchestras, comedy and children’s theatre shows. AUDITORIO PARQUE ALMANSA – SAN JAVIER

Auditorio Parque Almansa is one of the most important cultural landmarks in San Javier, on the Costa Cálida. Its name comes from the beautiful gardens in which it is located, a natural and relaxing space with greenery and fountains. The Auditorium was constructed in 1986 in the form of an open air amphitheatre, reminiscent of classical theatres, with an architecture that provides great acoustics and viewing from anywhere in the theatre. Auditorio Parque Almansa is open during the summer months hosting an amalgamation of musical and theatrical productions, and is the venue for many prestigious shows such as The International Theatre, Music, Dance and Jazz Festivals.
